Shipping

We ship across Canada using trusted national carriers so your order arrives quickly and discreetly. Our logistics team chooses the best carrier for your region — ICS Courier, Purolator Express, or Canada Post XpressPost.

Domestic shipping (Canada)

• Transit times: typically 2 to 4 business days once shipped. Remote locations may take a little longer.
• Shipping fee: flat rate of $14.99.
• Packaging: insulated, padded packaging keeps your product intact in transit.
• Tracking: a tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated delivery times

• BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 2 to 4 business days
• Ontario and Quebec: 2 to 4 business days
• Maritimes: 2 to 4 business days
• Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories: 2 to 4 business days (remote regions may take longer)

Order processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

International shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Delivery issues & address accuracy

• Incorrect address: please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by data-entry errors.
• Carrier delays or damage: once your package is with the carrier, any delays, misroutes, or damage should be reported directly to them.
• Lost or damaged in transit: if tracking shows delivered but you have not received your product, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim.
